Pushing new limits with Lexie Limitless!

Lexie Alford and Aloha Wanderwell

At just 21, Lexie Alford became the youngest person to visit all 196 countries—an achievement so rare that more people have been to space.

Determined to prove the world is accessible to solo female travelers, she experienced incredible kindness and demanding challenges. She's inspired thousands to step beyond their comfort zones by sharing her journey on YouTube and Instagram (@LexieLimitless).

Breaking records was just the start. Now, she’s making history again as the first person to circumnavigate the globe in an electric vehicle, partnering with Ford’s all-electric Explorer.

For Lexie, it’s all about pushing limits—and inspiring others to do the same.

One hundred years ago, between 1922 and 1927, Aloha Wanderwell became the first woman to drive worldwide, journeying through 43 countries in a Ford Model T.

Starting at 16, she explored uncharted lands, filmed her travels, and embraced adventure.

Aloha’s journey included Indochina—where she once had to shoot her way out from five elephant herds.

Her later films featured rare footage, including To See the World by Car and Explorers of the Purple Sage.

Sponsored partly by Ford, she adapted to challenges—using kerosene as fuel and crushed bananas as grease. Her epic trip began in Nice, France, and ended with a voyage home from Mombasa.
